Amazon Leo Productivity Engineering is seeking an experienced IT Application Engineer who will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Jama Requirements Management platform. This role will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our Jama implementation while supporting enterprise-wide requirements management processes.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the technical administration and architecture of Jama Requirements Management platform
- Provide expert-level support and consultation for Jama implementations across multiple business units
- Design and implement integration solutions between Jama and other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain best practices for requirements management processes
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for Jama-related initiatives
