Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in casual and fine dining environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage front of house staff, ensuring high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize Focus POS system for efficient order processing and payment management.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
  • Train and mentor new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
