Job Overview
Brand Ambassadors are energetic, guest-obsessed team members who thrive in high-traffic, high-emotion environments. This hybrid role ensures visitors have a great experience. You'll guide guests through the exhibit, animate the world of Labubu, support exclusive product sales, and ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable experience. This is a temporary, seasonal role ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential environments.
About the Exhibit
The Monsters 10th Anniversary Labubu Exhibit is a first-of-its-kind immersive POP MART experience celebrating a decade of THE MONSTERS and the beloved Labubu universe. This limited-time Manhattan installation blends art, storytelling, interactivity, and exclusive merchandise drops - inviting fans to step inside the world of Labubu like never before. Our Brand Ambassadors will be the heart of the experience, bringing the magic of POP MART's IP to life while delivering exceptional guest engagement and retail service.
What You Will Achieve
Guest & Experience
  • Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and brand-appropriate energy
  • Bring the Monsters universe to life through scripted moments, playful interactions, and spontaneous engagement
  • Guide guests through immersive rooms, installations, and photo moments
  • Deliver light performance elements including scripted lines, character-inspired interactions, and guided moments
  • Support interactive stations, giveaways, and event-based activations
  • Assist with special events, VIP previews, and media activations
  • Acts as a subject-matter expert on POP MART IP - THE MONSTERS and Labubu
  • Provide product recommendations and help guests make informed purchase decisions

Operations & Retail
  • Manage visitor reception, ticket verification and redemption, and crowd flow
  • Monitor traffic, assist with capacity management, and issue safety reminders when needed
  • Inspect and maintain exhibits, installations, and on-site facilities to ensure a clean, safe environment
  • Operate POS systems to complete transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support exclusive merchandise launches, drops, and pop-up store operations
  • Handle ticket gift distribution and inventory management
  • Conduct routine equipment checks, report issues promptly, and assist with unexpected situations
What You'll Need
  • Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or events
  • Confident engaging guests in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Strong communicator who connects naturally with diverse audiences
  • Genuine interest in POP MART, designer toys, art culture, or immersive experiences
  • Physically able to stand/walk 4-6 hours and lift up to 40-50 lbs
  • 18+ years old
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays for the full exhibit period

Physical & Role Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours per shift)
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and safely climb ladders or step stools
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging merchandise, and stocking shelves
  • Manual dexterity to safely operate stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters)
  • Ability to work in stockroom and receiving environments with varying temperatures
  • Ability to multitask and move quickly in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Up to 10% travel
