Responsibilities

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.

CRM Management: Accurately record all lead information and interactions in our CRM system.Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support.


Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred or outbound sales

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent ability to build rapport with clients

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


- Knowledge of insurance products is not necessary we will provide training- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education is a plus
