Surgical TechnologistLocation: Tuba City, Arizona
Pay Rate: $53/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM; 4 weekdays per week with on-call
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 3 years required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Tuba City, Arizona. This role supports the Operating Room team with surgical procedures across general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, and other adult and pediatric surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms before procedures and ensure instruments and equipment are ready
• Assist with patient positioning, surgical prepping, and draping
• Support surgical teams during procedures while maintaining sterile technique
• Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment safely and accurately
• Document and support OR workflow using Allscripts as needed

Requirements

• Surgical Technologist training program completion, clinical on-the-job training, or military surgical tech training required
• CST Certification Through NBSTSA Or TS-C Certification Through NCCT Required Within Facility Timeframe
• BLS,BCLS Certification Required
• Minimum 3 years of Surgical Technologist experience required
• Must be available for 10-hour weekday shifts, holiday coverage, and on-call rotation
