Certified Medical Assistant 
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant
**Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**
 
 
 
Work location:  12590 FM 2331    Godley, TX 76044
Work hours:  Full-time; 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Here's What You Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
  • CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED)
  • 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
  • ACLS or BCLS upon hire (PREFERRED)

 
What You Will Do
  • Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process
  • Conducts patient check out, surgery scheduling and post operative calls as primary function of position
  • Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician
  • Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights
  • May work in the front office as needed
  • May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)
