Job description

RH is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support the seamless flow of allocation and inventory across our gallery network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our galleries are consistently stocked, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and is passionate about precision, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the allocation team in executing inventory strategies for open galleries, including refreshes, damage replacements, and daily swatch distribution
  • Execute accurate input of allocations and parameters within RMS systems to manage a complex network of stores and SKUs
  • Coordinate DC re-SKU requests by entering orders and maintaining updates to ensure accurate inventory movement
  • Balance multiple priorities to deliver timely and precise execution across all allocation initiatives
  • Produce and distribute daily and weekly reporting using Excel and Google Workspace tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational alignment and resolve inventory-related needs

  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Balances competing priorities with precision, ensuring consistent and timely execution across all deliverables
