We are searching for the best talent for the Alliance Data Lead, Compensation & Execution Payouts role , located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA.

Purpose:

The Alliance Data Lead provides comprehensive business support by managing monthly alliance sales payout earnings, sales updates, and reporting datasets across multiple DePuy Synthes business platforms. This role enables informed decision-making and supports effective administration of sales compensation programs, this role will not have any direct report.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the design and implementation of integrated processes that support alliance sales and payment activities across multiple DePuy Synthes business platforms.

  • Review andvalidatedatasets tomaintainstrong data quality, integrity, and compliance standards

  • Work closely with the Payout team to ensure accurate, timely execution of FSO alliance payment activities and compensation system administration.

  • Develop automated reporting dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to address alliance payment inquiries and reconcile sales variances.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on long-term alliance processing solutions and integration strategies.

  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives across the compensation platform.

  • Conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards, including timely and successful completion of all required training.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Required:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Experience with SQL Server, Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric is required.

  • Experience in handling compensation data and management of payment databases across multiple go-to-market models is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or a related analytical field is required.

  • 10% domestic travel may be required

Preferred:

  • Background or education in computer science, finance, statistics, or business preferred

  • Proven ability to lead process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Experience in accounting, information systems, payroll operations and/or finance/compensation related role preferred.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
