Job description

Mobility Support Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Mobility Support Specialist for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves providing outstanding client support for mobility-related technologies within a large-scale, global production operations environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with mobile device infrastructure, including iOS and Android, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with various technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with customers to troubleshoot and evaluate reported failures on specific mobile devices
  • Investigate and analyze system logs from both devices and backend infrastructure to determine root cause
  • Work with vendors to analyze and resolve issues
  • Answer user questions about application downloads, activations, and best practices
  • Assist with the setup of new accounts and devices, and provide support for mobile apps
  • Collaborate with technical teams such as Networking, GIS, and Server teams to analyze data and determine system failure or root cause during outages
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support of a large-scale production operations environment
  • Experience in mobility-related technologies in a Global environment
  • Experience with Infrastructure operational work related to supporting Mobile Devices management
  • Intricate knowledge of mobile device operating systems, specifically iOS and Android, and how they are managed in an enterprise environment
  • Well-rounded knowledge of large-scale enterprise networking and mobile device management
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment via MS Teams or WebEx
