Job description

Lube Technician job duties include inspecting vehicles, and providing recommendations using SLT software, as well as performing requested maintenance and repairs to customer and company owned vehicles, performing multi-point inspections (MPIs), and relaying information about the condition of a vehicle to a service advisor and/or manager. 

  • Communicate with the Service Advisor to determine the scope of work desired, while acknowledging waiting customers
  • Perform a 27-point vehicle maintenance inspection thoroughly, and advise a service advisor if services are recommended, or if repairs are needed.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Perform oil changes and lubrication work and check all filters.


Education and Experience:

  • High School or Technical School diploma. 
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record. 
  • One or more years of previous OEM automotive technician experience preferred but not required.
