Location: Durham, NC
Position: Retreading Facility Supervisor

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure production goals are met
  • Train, coach, and supervise team members' performance
  • Assist in the production process and help in stations that are falling behind
  • Maintain production quality and safety standards
  • Manage schedules, payroll, and inventory levels
  • Ensure routine maintenance is performed on retreading production equipment
  • Facilitate repairs on production equipment as needed
  • Address customer and employee concerns with effective solutions

  • Retread plant technician experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
