Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues
  • Complete multi-point inspections and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
  • Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
  • Maintain efficiency while producing high-quality workmanship
  • Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Deliver an exceptional service experience to every customer

Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities
  • Perform oil and filter changes
  • Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
  • Check and adjust tire pressure
  • Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
  • Replace oil filters and drain plugs
  • Lubricate vehicle components as required
  • Identify maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to the service team
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout every visit

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive technician experience preferred (experience requirements vary by position)
  • Dealership experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
