About Our Church's Chicken Shift Lead:
Working under the supervision of the Church’s Manager and Assistant Manager, the Church’s Shift Lead is responsible for supporting and, in the absence of the Church’s Manager or Assistant Manager, leading the operations of the Company’s Church’s franchise operations at the assigned location during shifts. The Shift Lead shall ensure that the franchise is in compliance with all Church’s requirements and directives along with compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements and the management of the operations and team members during the assigned shift.
