Position Summary

This position provides project and administrative support to the Army Cryptographic Modernization Database (ACMD) effort, with a focus on enabling DoD Enterprise infrastructure and information technology (IT) goals and projects. Under general direction, the contractor develops complex correspondence and presentations; coordinates and tracks multiple work efforts; gathers and synthesizes information from varied sources; resolves administrative issues; and recommends process improvements to ensure timely completion of moderate-complexity projects and events.

  • Under general direction, interpret and compose complex correspondence and presentations, including charts and diagrams, directly supporting DoD Enterprise infrastructure, IT goals, and projects.
  • Apply effective networking skills to carry out job responsibilities.
  • Gather pertinent information from a variety of sources to perform duties.
  • Resolve administrative issues/problems that arise and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent events and projects of moderate complexity.
  • Coordinate multiple work projects and other responsibilities (e.g., training and status reporting).
  • Perform special assignments as directed, as appropriate to the department or manager.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence from information gathered to support the overall effort.
  • Interpret and apply standard policies and procedures to respond to complex inquiries and to resolve issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED).
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheet usage, data entry operations, and typical office procedures.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard office automation tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD/Army programs, enterprise IT initiatives, or large-scale modernization efforts.
  • Strong technical writing skills and experience developing executive-ready briefings and presentations with charts/diagrams.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, action items, training events, and recurring status reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and work independently with minimal oversight.
