Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and customer-focused Service Manager Trainee to join our team at our Atlanta Airport location.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in automobiles, enjoys working with people, and is ready to learn and grow in the rental-car industry.


Responsibilities:

As a Service Manager Trainee, you will learn and assist with the daily operations of our vehicle service and fleet management functions. Responsibilities may include:

  • Inspecting rental vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and overall condition
  • Identifying vehicle makes, models, and basic automotive features
  • Coordinating vehicle movement and availability
  • Assisting with vehicle preparation and service needs
  • Communicating effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing required paperwork
  • Performing basic mathematical calculations related to vehicle and rental operations
  • Helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs professionally
  • Learning company procedures, policies, and fleet-management operations



Qualifications:

  • Have knowledge of automotive makes and models and general knowledge of automobiles
