How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities

  • Involved in a variety of planning functions for aircraft departures as it relates to the operation
  • Coordinate of the overall operation within an assigned functional area
  • Conducting agent observations and associated activities
  • Administering local training programs
  • Scheduling and manpower utilization
  • Maintaining supplies and inventory control logs
  • Preparing customer correspondence
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Compiling statistical data for reports
  • Assisting management in the completion of administrative duties
  • Lead Agents must be able to complete all functions of the agent position
  • communicate with employees by radio and receive and convey clear and specific information to others related to the job function
  • Preparing weight and balance sheets for flights prior to departure
  • Making calculations based on aircraft load of passengers, baggage and fuel
  • Making corresponding entries in the computer system
  • Providing updated corrections to scheduled departure flights
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role

  • Ability to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Knowledge basic computer functions including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
  • Experience applying math principles for mathematical calculations preferred
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment are essential
