Compressor Repair Technician
 
As an air compressor repair technician at CAS, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of air compressors. This role includes routine maintenance and repair of reciprocating and screw air compressors. CAS air compressor service technicians will install, repair, and maintain air compressors, filters, and related equipment. They perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure compressors operate efficiently. 
 

Responsibilities
·         Troubleshoot and repair air compressors and related equipment 
·         Diagnose air compressor failures 
·         Perform routine maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability. 
·         Accurately document maintenance activities, work orders, and parts usage. 
·         Provide hands-on technical support. 

 Qualifications

·         Prior experience in repair and service 
·         Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems 
·         Using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. 
·         Experience working with air equipment 
·         Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings 
·         You must have strong critical thinking and the ability to work independently while contributing to a service team. 
 
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required 
Additional training, certifications, or community college programs in automotive, mechanical, or electrical systems or related fields are a plus. 
 Must pass a background check.
 
 Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and sitting.
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach to lift to 25 pounds at a time.
