Overview
Air & Vacuum Machine Service Tech
Service Area: This is a hybrid role that requires schedule flexibility to meet business needs. Travel within the Colorado market and surrounding areas is required, including the possibility of overnight stays for up to a week at a time. All travel expenses and transportation will be covered.
As a CSC Air & Vacuum Service Tech, you will provide routine maintenance and repair on
our Air Vending machines. You'll service CSC equipment using your assigned company
vehicle, heading directly from home to your first job site. From motor repairs to fine-tuning
compressors, this is the perfect role for the mechanically minded who enjoy keeping things
powered and pressurized.
Our technicians don't just repair and maintain the machines, they also service
the payment technology that powers every transaction. If you're hands-on, tech-savvy, and
take pride in keeping both equipment and technology running smoothly, this role is for you.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and technological issues, performing proactive
    maintenance to ensure machines operate reliably and minimize future service calls.
  • Conduct compressor and motor repairs, leveraging your electrical experience and
    proficiency with low-voltage systems.
  • Use multi-meters and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues accurately and
    efficiently.
  • Maintain a stock of parts in your company vehicle, ensuring readiness to complete
    repairs on the spot.
  • Instruct customers and clients on the safe and effective use of CSC appliances and
    equipment.
  • Test equipment thoroughly to ensure functionality before leaving the service site.
  • Keep delivery locations clean and safe-an essential part of our Best-In-Class
    service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to maintain high
    service standards.

What we're looking for
  • Valid Driver's License & Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • Electrical experience, including compressor and motor repair.
  • Proficiency with multi-meters and reading electrical schematics.
  • Experience with low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Ability to push, lift, and pull 80-100 lbs and use fine motor skills daily.
  • Previous experience in appliance repair or a related mechanical/electrical field
    preferred.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to maneuver and repair heavy equipment in varied
    environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related).
