What does an air charter broker do?

An Air Charter Broker acts as an intermediary between clients and aircraft operators, arranging private jet, cargo, or group charter flights. Brokers ensure compliance with regulations and handle complex travel requirements efficiently. Their expertise helps clients save time and access a wider range of aircraft options.

What does a typical day look like for an air charter broker?

A typical day for an Air Charter Broker involves responding to client inquiries, negotiating rates with operators, preparing and presenting charter quotes, and coordinating all details of flight arrangements from departure to arrival. Brokers often work closely with operators, logistics coordinators, and sometimes directly with high-profile clients, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The pace can be fast, especially when last-minute requests arise, and brokers must balance multiple bookings while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
