Shape stronger hotel performance by turning financial insights into meaningful action. The Regional Vice President of Hotel Finance partners with Operations, Finance, and Ownership to improve results, guide forecasting, address performance gaps, and advance consistent financial processes across assigned hotels. This role reports to the Vice President of Hotel Finance.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Turn Insights into Action
  • Prepare clear financial analyses that compare results with budgets, forecasts, and performance standards.
  • Translate operational results into timely insights for leaders, operators, and ownership.
  • Support strategies and programs that strengthen profitability and overall financial performance.

Drive Performance Forward
  • Partner with Operations to build and monitor action plans, budgets, forecasts, capital needs, and cost controls.
  • Champion financial systems and processes that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Complete hotel visits and special projects to solve challenges, share best practices, and support hotel teams.

Protect Consistency & Compliance
  • Partner across Finance, Accounting, and Operations to uphold policies, procedures, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Strengthen internal controls through audits, risk reviews, and appropriate security measures.
  • Align with Hotel Finance leaders across divisions to ensure consistent practices and shared standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Hospitality finance experience or strong knowledge of hotel operations, finance, and accounting
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with financial software and reporting systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
