Key Responsibilities:
Global Benefits & Leave Administration
  • Open Enrollment: Manage annual Open Enrollment communication and system configuration.

  • Invoicing & Support: Audit and reconcile benefit invoices for financial accuracy, and resolve escalated employee inquiries with empathy and confidentiality.

Employee Lifecycle Operations

  • Data Integrity: Troubleshoot system issues, manage organizational structures, and generate reports to ensure flawless data integrity.

HR Compliance & Policy
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage ACA reporting, CA Pay Data, Form 5500, non-discrimination testing, and 401(k) audits.
  • Policies & SOPs: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Assist in special HR projects as needed

Qualifications
Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, ideally in a fast-growing or global environment.

  • HRIS Admin: 2+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience (specifically managing Core HCM, Benefits, and/or Absence modules).
  • Data Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, data audits) and a strong analytical mindset for reporting and system reconciliation.
  • Global Exposure: Experience supporting global benefits or international employee populations is highly preferred.
  • Immigration Coordination: Prior experience collaborating with immigration counsel for visa and work authorization processes is a strong plus.
