Summary: We are seeking a strategic and tactical Technical Program Manager (TPgM) to support our Data Center Operations team. The TPgM will play a crucial role by managing current learning and development program elements while also directly engaging in activities that advance long-term strategic projects. This position serves as a vital bridge between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, focusing on the efficient achievement of operational goals and troubleshooting immediate challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Execution:
-Operations & Maintenance Qualification Programs: Oversee the upkeep of the Operations Qualification Program, including content management and playbook maintenance. Lead preparation, development, and progress tracking for the Maintenance Qualification Program
-New Product Introduction (NPI): Manage the NPI process by performing initial discovery, conducting needs analysis, and submitting recommendations for new initiatives.
-Project Execution: Develop key deliverables for NPI and other intake requests. Execute specific L&D project tasks such as content tagging, maintaining the content catalog, managing the training matrix, and developing heat maps.
Learning & Development (L&D) Coordination:



  • L&D Center Management: Maximize the utilization of our L&D Centers through a multi-faceted approach that ensures accessibility, relevance, and engagement for all participants.

  • Training Intake Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new training requests. Conduct initial discovery and needs analysis, submit recommendations, and support requestors through the DCOps decision-making process.



Technical Support & Escalation:



  • Serve as the first line of defense for technical escalations related to L&D programs and systems, providing initial troubleshooting and support.

  • Technical Program Management: Proven experience in managing technical programs within a large-scale, critical operations environment (e.g., data centers, network operations centers, manufacturing).

  • Solutions-Focused Problem Solver: Proactively identifies challenges and serves as the first point of contact for technical L&D escalations, using strong technical aptitude to provide initial troubleshooting and support.

  • Strategic & Tactical Thinker: Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, translating high-level goals into actionable plans and managing day-to-day execution.

  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: Excels at building and maintaining positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders across all demographics, regions, time zones, and countries globally.
