About the Role
Our client, a large and growing organization within the real estate and property management industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the enterprise rollout of AI technologies across corporate operations. This high-impact role will drive the transition of AI tools from pilot programs into scalable, production-ready solutions supporting 400+ users.
This is a full-time contract opportunity (3โ€“6 months) with strong visibility to leadership. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience implementing AI solutions at scale and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while operating in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and governance. This role will oversee multiple workstreams, balancing strategic planning with execution while coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead the rollout and implementation of enterprise AI tools, transitioning solutions from pilot to full-scale deployment
  • Define rollout strategy, including user segmentation, access models, and adoption roadmaps
  • Align AI tool capabilities with business objectives to maximize value and usability
  • Drive Agile project execution, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
  • Maintain clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across corporate teams to support 400+ users
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors, including security and infrastructure partners
  • Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to leadership
  • Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and engagement with AI tools
  • Establish usage guidelines, governance frameworks, and best practices for responsible AI implementation
  • Gather user feedback and continuously refine rollout strategies
  • Ensure infrastructure readiness in collaboration with IT and external consultants
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy, security, and system access

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including senior-level ownership of complex, enterprise-level initiatives
  • Proven experience implementing AI -ย Copilot, Claude and/or Gemini
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative delivery and stakeholder collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive results quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience deploying enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data security, and enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Experience driving user adoption across large corporate populations
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
  • Prior experience leading AI implementations from pilot through enterprise rollout
