CareRite Centers is seeking a forward-thinking AI Automation & Data Engineer to design and deploy intelligent automation solutions that enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency across our enterprise.

This is a high-impact role working closely with executive leadership to modernize systems and drive data-powered decision-making through advanced AI technologies.

Position Overview

The AI Automation & Data Engineer will architect, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows that integrate with enterprise systems. You will transform complex financial and operational data into automated, scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and the ability to translate organizational needs into robust AI-enabled systems.

AI Automation & Data Engineer Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows for finance and operations

  • Build and deploy tools leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and structured data

  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and scalable data pipelines

  • Integrate AI solutions with core enterprise platforms (ERP, EMR, billing, payroll)

  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Improve reporting accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and operational analytics
