Licensed Medicare Sales Agent Boca Raton, FL 33432 | Full-Time | W-2 | Base Pay plus Commission


About This Opportunity


Worxweb Solutions is partnering with a health insurance company specializing in Medicare in Boca Raton, Florida to place licensed Medicare Sales Agents on their team. This is an inbound-only role where leads come to you. No cold calling. You will be working directly with Medicare beneficiaries to educate them on their coverage options and guide them through enrollment.

New to Medicare sales? That is okay. Our client is open to licensed agents who are newer to Medicare, provided you are willing to complete AHIP certification prior to your start date.


Please note that this position is with our client company, not with Worxweb Solutions. You will be employed by and report to our client directly.


Schedule

  • Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Compensation

  • Base pay: $18.00 per hour
  • Estimated weekly earnings: $1,200 to $2,400 or more based on performance
  • Commission structure based on monthly deal volume:
    • 10 to 13 deals: $40 per deal
    • 14 to 17 deals: $50 per deal
    • 18 to 21 deals: $60 per deal
    • 22 or more deals: $70 per deal
  • Inbound leads provided, no cold calling or prospecting required

What You Will Do

  • Answer inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries interested in coverage options
  • Educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans and available benefits
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll eligible individuals
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
  • Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines at all times
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team leadership to achieve individual and team goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Health Insurance license required
  • Licensed in at least 7 states, including Texas and Florida
  • AHIP certification required prior to start date
  • New to Medicare is welcome, prior Medicare sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide clients
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and accurate documentation
  • Team-oriented and motivated to hit individual production goals
