They are now seeking to add an Agronomy Sales and Development Manager to their Mankato, MN area facility.

  • $100,000 - $120,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Focus on team building by working with inexperienced people, and understand working with โ€œnew to the fieldโ€ employees.
  • Oversee 5-7 team members, number will fluctuate with experience and when interns are on board.
  • Lead and Agronomy Internship & Sales Trainee Program that develops future sales talent and future leaders.
  • Assist with sales calls.
