Job Opportunity Trainee Agronomy Student

We are seeking a motivated Master's student in Agronomy to join our team based in Almaden de la Plata, Andalucia. This is an exciting opportunity for a final-year student, with the possibility of establishing an internship agreement, who is passionate about sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation. The internship is expected to last for the maximum hours, more or less 8 months.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mapping Production Areas Conduct detailed mapping of the production zones for an endemic plant species in the Sierra Norte National Park, located near Seville.
2. Equipment Identification and Budgeting Identify and budget the necessary equipment to ensure a successful harvest.
3. Recruitment of Collectors Identify and recruit local collectors to assist with the harvesting process.
4. Harvest close monitoring and follow-up Lead and coordinate the harvest operations, guiding the collectors team to ensure timely, efficient, and highquality execution.
Reporting Structure
The candidate will report directly to the Factory Director and will work in connection with the Procurement team based in France.
Requirements
1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Agronomy (final year).
2. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship.
5. Must have a driver's license.
6. Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
7. Position will be based in Almaden de la Plata.
