Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time & PRN | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Agility Health and Rehabilitation | University Place, WA
Full-Time: $50-65/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $58-65/hour
Shift: Daytime hours
Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in University Place, WA. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with facilities across Washington - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
  • Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
