This role is ideal for someone who is grounded, experienced, and leads with both strength and integrity.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 5-10 on-site agents
  • Oversee sales performance, underwriting, and daily operations
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents
  • Build and manage a profitable book of business

  • Prior leadership, mentorship, or team lead experience
  • Experience growing a book of business
  • Strong background in cross-selling and upselling

Technical Skills

  • Agency management systems (Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or similar)
  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Carrier portals and quoting tools

Who You Are

  • Honest, reliable, and respected
  • Strong communicator who builds real relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented
  • Kind-but not a pushover
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow something meaningful

Benefits

  • Total OTE $100,000-$120,000 per year
  • Performance-based bonuses & growth incentives (details discussed in interview)
  • Subsidized health insurance (via marketplace)
  • Significant earning potential for top performers

Why Join Us?

  • Ground-floor opportunity with real influence
  • High compensation potential tied to performance
  • A culture that values people-not just production
  • Leadership that believes in growing together
