After School Teacher

The Quest Zone Afterschool Program, a leader in afterschool programs, is seeking part-time After School Teachers for our popular afterschool programs. No nights or weekends! We are hiring immediately and would love to meet you.

Established in 2000, The Quest Zone Afterschool Program has been a leader in on-site afterschool programs for more than two decades. Compensation & Pay Range: $10-$12

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Hours vary slightly by location. Monday-Friday afterschool hours.
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing our innovative zone-based program.
  • Organize experiences that promote student interaction.
  • Infuse technology with project-based learning activities to build knowledge and enhance creative expression.
  • Teach skills that transfer into continuous learning outside of the afterschool program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months in afterschool or childcare programs preferred.
  • ECD 101 or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
