About This Role

Are you a college student or someone that needs part-time hours? Reduce your stress by lining up meaningful employment now! We are currently hiring staff for the 2026-27 school year.


SHADES of Development, a leading after school program provider in East Tennessee, is looking for dependable, energetic, and caring individuals who want experience working with children in a group setting. Candidates would be responsible for leading STEM, creative arts, and healthy lifestyles activities with PreK or K-5th grade students.

School Year Hours:

  • PreK: 12:30-6:00PM Monday - Friday
  • K-5th Grade: 2:00-6:00PM Monday - Friday
  • Substitutes: for candidates that are available for full shifts hours at least 2 days a week

Great hours, no nights or weekends, and lots of FUN!


$15.00-$20.25 per hour based on experience and education.
