Are you looking for a job thats exciting, meaningful, and full of FUN? The Village at LeafSpring School is the place to be! We're looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our team as the After School Director.
What Youll Do:

  • Lead and direct a small staff of teachers
  • Work alongside the campus director
  • Develop lesson plans for the various areas for summer camp and after school
  • Build positive relationships with children and parents
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive after school environment
What Were Looking For:

  • Experience working with school-age children
  • Experience leading a team and developing lesson plans
  • Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license
Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Full Time 9:30 - 6:30
