Job description

About this Job

True Finance is looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator to assist in managing existing partner accounts and support the day-to-day execution of our affiliate marketing campaigns.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, digital marketing, advertising, campaign operations, or a related field. The right candidate will be organized, analytical, dependable, and interested in continuing to develop their knowledge of affiliate marketing and performance-based campaigns.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, campaign data, tracking platforms, creative assets, and partner communications. This person should be able to manage multiple priorities, independently complete assigned responsibilities, and take ownership of their work.

Because True Finance operates in a startup environment, priorities and processes may evolve quickly. The right person will be adaptable, receptive to feedback, solutions-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of affiliate marketing campaigns, including campaign tracking, performance reporting, offer optimization, creative testing, and partner coordination.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks across advertiser, affiliate network, publisher, and technology partner relationships.

  • Pull and organize daily, weekly, and monthly reports from affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and internal tools.

  • Compile, review, and analyze campaign performance data based on key performance indicators.

  • Identify reporting discrepancies, unusual performance changes, tracking issues, or missing campaign information and help coordinate solutions.

  • Assist with campaign optimization by reviewing performance trends and identifying opportunities to improve conversions, revenue, and profitability.

  • Assist in organizing and updating campaign assets, creatives, ad copy, promotional materials, and marketing briefs.

  • Maintain accurate records of partner contacts, campaign details, payout terms, tracking links, creative requirements, compliance guidelines, and performance notes.

  • Help prepare campaign updates, partner recaps, performance reports, and internal summaries.

  • Coordinate campaign launches and updates by ensuring tracking links, creative assets, payout details, and promotional requirements are accurate.

  • Organize projects, deadlines, and campaign information within project management systems such as Asana.

  • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to keep campaigns moving forward.

  • Ask thoughtful questions, apply feedback, and recommend improvements to workflows and campaign processes.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as the affiliate program and company continue to grow.

Required Skills and Qualities

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, digital marketing, advertising, media buying, campaign operations, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • High attention to detail when working with data, documentation, tracking links, creative assets, and partner information.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Experience compiling, reviewing, or interpreting campaign and marketing performance data.

  • Comfort working with numbers and key performance indicators such as clicks, conversions, conversion rates, revenue, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Ability to work collaboratively while independently completing assigned responsibilities.

  • Willingness to ask questions, accept feedback, and continuously improve.

  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence in learning new platforms, systems, and reporting tools.

  • Adaptability when priorities, processes, campaign requirements, or partner needs change.

  • A dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to work.

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or other creative and design tools.

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing reporting platforms like Impact, Everflow, CJ, etc.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

What Success Looks Like

A successful Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator will quickly become a dependable resource for campaign reporting, partner coordination, asset management, and campaign operations.

This person will consistently prepare accurate reports, maintain organized campaign information, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and proactively identify tracking issues, performance changes, or opportunities for improvement.

Over time, the Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator will take greater ownership of assigned campaigns, strengthen partner relationships, improve internal processes, and contribute ideas that increase campaign performance, revenue, and profitability.
