Job description

LeadingResponse, we help clients in financial services, healthcare, legal, and senior living connect with high-intent consumers through data-driven, omnichannel marketing. Our consumer-facing campaigns reach millions each month through direct mail, live events, digital ads, and more.
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding affiliate partnerships to drive high-quality, compliant leads that fuel our clients' success. This role combines relationship management, data-driven optimization, and strategic growth initiatives to enhance our affiliate program's performance across the Legal, Financial, and Healthcare verticals.
This position will be based in either Atlanta or Tampa (with regular travel to the office in Tampa).
What You'll Do:
  • Account Oversight: Manage and grow affiliate lead generation accounts for key consumer-facing verticals, including Legal, Financial, and Healthcare.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  • Growth Strategy: Research, identify, and onboard new affiliate partners that drive value, align with strategic objectives, and expand lead sources.
  • Optimization: Analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for improved lead quality, distribution, and pricing efficiency. Adjust affiliate margins, delivery weighting, and pricing strategies to maximize outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Services, Analytics, and Growth Marketing) to align affiliate programs with broader company objectives.
  • Negotiation: Recommend different cost structures, commission rates, volume commitments and terms
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and resolve system issues, troubleshoot lead delivery errors, and ensure seamless lead acceptance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance adherence across affiliates and campaigns.
  • Financial Oversight: Reconcile affiliate expenses, manage payouts, and resolve billing discrepancies. Collaborate with Accounts Payable to maintain accurate financial reporting and partner relationships.
  • Data & Reporting: Review lead disputes and process corrections as necessary. Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Director, Affiliate Marketing

What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate lead generation is required (preferably with experience working in legal and/or financial services verticals)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting or economics or related field is preferred
  • Experience working with large scale vendor accounts is preferred
  • Experience with pricing negotiations
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with an in-depth understanding of key metrics including ROI
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
