We're looking for a Director of Creator & Affiliate Partnerships to own and scale our influencer marketing, UGC strategy, and affiliate programs. This role is pivotal to expanding Baltic Born's reach across premium commerce channels, creator networks, and social commerce platforms. You'll lead strategy and execution across the full creator and affiliate funnel from identifying and negotiating partnerships with fashion influencers to managing performance-based affiliate networks and TikTok Shops. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CMO.
What You'll Do
Influencer & Creator Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy across social media
  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and wedding content creators who align with Baltic Born's brand and customer profile
  • Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, and contract execution, including content rights, usage terms, exclusivity, and compensation structures
  • Build a tiered influencer program spanning nano, micro, macro, and celebrity talent
  • Content Rights Management
  • Develop a scalable acquisition strategy to fuel paid media, organic social, email, and on-site content
  • Negotiate and secure content rights and whitelisting permissions for paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Partner with the Email and Paid Media teams to identify high-performing creator content for amplification

Affiliate Program Management
  • Own relationships with affiliate networks and platforms, including LTK (rewardStyle), Awin, ShareASale, ShopMy, and others
  • Manage commission structures, optimize payouts, and drive incremental revenue through affiliate channels
  • Develop and nurture relationships with platforms to maximize exposure to high-income female shoppers
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance; continuously optimize for ROAS and customer acquisition cost

TikTok Shop & Social Commerce
  • Lead TikTok Affiliate strategy, including creator recruitment, product seeding, and live shopping initiatives
  • Stay ahead of emerging social commerce trends and identify new monetization opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Social team on creator-driven content that drives both engagement and conversion

Partnerships & Industry Relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-content publications (Dotdash Meredith, Today Show, Glamour, The Knot, Forbes Vetted, E! News, etc.)
  • Identify and pursue placements on shopping and comparison sites (ModeSens, WantLocker, Rodeo)

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team
  • Partner closely with Paid Media, Creative, Organic Social, and ,Email teams to align influencer/affiliate efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and KPIs; present performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership

Required Experience
  • 6+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships, ideally in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or DTC ecommerce
  • Proven track record of building and scaling influencer and affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue, including TikTok Affiliates
  • Deep experience with affiliate platforms: LTK, Awin, ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, or similar, and creator platforms like Grin, CreatorIQ, Aspire, or Traackr
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate programs
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, including content licensing, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and performance-based compensation models
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators across follower tiers
  • Experience managing six- or seven-figure influencer/affiliate budgets
