Department: Annuity Marketing - Affiliate Management
Reporting to: Director of Affiliate Management
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
At Advisors Excel, we're always working on innovative ways to help financial advisors grow their businesses. As an Affiliate Manager, you'll help identify, launch, and support strategic partnerships that provide advisors with valuable tools, resources, and business solutions.
You'll work with vendors, advisors, and internal teams to coordinate programs, analyze results, support events, and drive engagement across our partner network. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, project coordination, and finding new ways to create value.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic partners and vendors, helping build strong relationships and support ongoing engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate advisor pilot programs, including participant communication, timelines, tracking, and follow-up
  • Gather and organize vendor reporting, revenue-share data, and key performance metrics to support business decisions
  • Assist with the execution of partnership campaigns, promotions, webinars, workshops, and advisor events
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and IT to support partnership initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, advisor resources, reporting materials, and executive summaries
  • Respond to advisor questions related to affiliate programs, vendor offerings, and promotional opportunities
  • Help identify process improvements that enhance advisor experiences and support program growth
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, contracts, and operational follow-up items
  • Travel as needed to support events, training opportunities, and partner meetings

Experience you'll bring:
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, account management, vendor management, marketing operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
