We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Manager with a strong focus on influencer marketing to grow and manage our affiliate program through meaningful partnerships with creators, influencers, and content publishers. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing influencers and affiliate partners to increase brand awareness and drive online sales via Sunny Health & Fitness's e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Affiliate Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant fitness, wellness, and lifestyle influencers and creators who align with Sunny's brand.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and affiliates, ensuring continued engagement and alignment with brand goals.
  • Coordinate product seeding and gifting campaigns in collaboration with influencer partners.
Affiliate Program Strategy & Execution
  • Manage and optimize the affiliate platform (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, Refersion, or other) to track performance and payouts.
  • Create competitive commission structures and promotional offers to motivate partner performance.
  • Develop custom campaigns and initiatives with top-performing affiliates and influencers.
Content & Campaign Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure influencer-generated content supports brand messaging and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality and engaging UGC (user-generated content) for paid media, email, and web.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on influencer and affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI, engagement, etc.).
  • Use data to optimize campaigns and improve overall program effectiveness.
Compliance & Contracts
  • Ensure influencer and affiliate agreements are in place and align with FTC guidelines.
  • Monitor content for brand safety and compliance.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or partnerships-preferably in the DTC, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and affiliate marketing networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker who understands brand positioning and content strategy.
