About the Role:
As an Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you will own and scale Fireflies.ai’s affiliate ecosystem, driving affiliate-sourced customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partner engagement. You will be responsible for building a world-class affiliate program by recruiting, activating, and growing relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, review sites, agencies, and strategic partners.This role is ideal for someone who has successfully scaled affiliate programs at a high-growth SaaS company and is excited about building a category-defining growth channel at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world.You’ll work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue teams to expand Fireflies’ reach and drive measurable business impact through affiliate channels and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Affiliate Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, review sites, agencies, and strategic partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to scale Fireflies\' affiliate channel through partner recruitment, activation programs, commission optimization, growth initiatives, and more.
  • Affiliate Recruitment & Expansion: Source, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates that align with Fireflies’ target audience and growth objectives.
  • Co-Marketing & Visibility: Lead affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, content collaborations, and product launch initiatives to increase Fireflies’ reach and brand visibility.
  • Partner Engagement: Collaborate with affiliate partners to create content, improve conversion rates, drive adoption, and maximize partner performance.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and report affiliate performance, revenue contribution, conversion rates, partner engagement, and key growth KPIs.
  • Management of Fireflies.ai\'s existing and new affiliate programs.
  • Design commission structures, payout terms, and performance tiers that are attractive to partners and sustainable for the business.
  • Create the assets partners need to succeed — links, creatives, messaging, landing pages — in collaboration with Marketing.

Qualifications:
  • 3–7+ years in affiliate marketing, partnership management, growth marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving meaningful revenue growth.
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with a strong focus on ROI and growth metrics.
  • Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
  • (Good to have) Experience managing affiliate programs on affiliate platforms such as FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, AWIN, etc.
