Job description

In this role, you will impact the Aerospace business by advancing the development and delivery of cutting-edge aerospace systems and components, enhancing product performance and customer satisfaction through effective project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading development teams in a new product development environment
  • Ensure project performance and execution
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Schedule and milestone development/management
  • Understand technology employed on various programs
  • Develop program/project cost estimates
  • Baseline development
  • Program/project metric development and reporting
  • Variance analysis
  • Risk and opportunity development and management
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, < 10%

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • 5+ years in a related field
  • 2+ years' experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance due to the compliance with the U.S. export control laws and regulations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
