Aerospace procurement professionals often navigate complex supplier relationships, strict regulatory requirements, and high expectations for timely delivery of specialized parts or materials. One of the key challenges is managing long lead times and ensuring supplier compliance with quality standards critical to safety and performance. Collaboration with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams is frequent, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Success in this role hinges on proactively solving supply chain issues and maintaining transparent communication with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Partner with Supply and Quality teams to ensure supplier qualification, performance, and compliance standards are met
  • Support development of scalable sourcing strategies aligned to customer program requirements
What You'll NeedCore Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience within A&D manufacturing environments, including production, supply chain, procurement, program management, or commercial leadership roles
