Job Summary:
The Regional Media Sales Manager is responsible for selling digital sponsorship programs, including webinars, white papers, surveys, newsletters, cost-per-lead packages, and traditional online advertising space, such as IAB-standard banners. This roles manages the complete sales cycle from prosecuting to closing, while managing CRM data, lead generation and account status.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with current and prospective key accounts to identify business needs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with prospective clients, identify key decision-makers and align customized media solutions to acquire new advertising accounts.
  • Drive monthly and annual sales goals by applying market analysis and business experience
  • Manage pipeline data and daily sales activities and deliver weekly revenue forecasts to support strategic growth and quota attainment.
  • Participate in weekly 1-on-1s with team manager.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to key trade shows/conferences
The Individual:
  • Sales experience in a B2B digital media organization preferred.
  • Experience selling advertising media in the HR markets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Proven track record in building pipelines, qualifying prospects and closing new business.
  • Results-driven with history achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and web-based applications
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and highly self-directed.

Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales, advertising sales or digital media sales
