Job description

Marketing Manager
Inspired Closets Memphis
About Inspired Closets Memphis
At Inspired Closets Memphis, we don’t just organize spaces—we help our clients love the home they live in. Our mission is to provide an exceptional, personalized experience that turns our clients' "stressful" spaces into their "happy places." We believe the philosophy that "you can’t be better and be the same," and we pride ourselves on being an industry-leading, high-end organization provider. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is ready to help us stand head and shoulders above our competition.

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is the architect of our local brand awareness and the fuel for our sales pipeline. This role is responsible for executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives lead generation, nurtures prospects, and supports our sales designers. You will be expected to "plan the work and work the plan," ensuring that every touchpoint—from social media to direct mail—inspires our customers and reduces the perceived risk of choosing our premium services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Inside Sales Support: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality sales leads. Partner with sales designers to nurture leads through our established 10-stage sales process.
  • Online Marketing & Brand Awareness: Manage our digital footprint, ensuring our brand story is consistent and compelling. Elevate our local brand presence through integrated marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
  • Social Media Strategy: Maintain a dynamic social media feed that goes beyond just "closet images." Focus on storytelling, employee spotlights, community outreach, and sharing client projects that inspire our "Optimizer" target audience. Leverage local influencer collaborations and community partnerships.
  • Email Campaigns: Execute a consistent, engaging email marketing plan that keeps prospects excited and "in the know" throughout the project lifecycle.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM software to track lead quality, conversion metrics, and the efficacy of various marketing sources, ensuring every lead is nurtured and tracked.
  • Sales Collateral: Create and update "Risk Reduction Collateral." This includes literature, samples, and presentations that specifically address our prospects' hesitation and demonstrate why Inspired Closets is the wiser investment.
  • Direct Mail & Signage: Coordinate the creation and distribution of direct mail and local signage to maintain local visibility.
  • Showroom Integration: Maintain our showroom as a powerful marketing asset. Assist with showroom displays, open house events, and trade/home shows to create an "exceptional" in-person client experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in marketing, preferably within the home improvement, design, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics, and CRM management.
  • A "hands-on" attitude—we are a locally owned business, and we value someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure execution excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a creative eye for design and branding.

Compensation & Culture

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience and impact.
  • We offer a collaborative, supportive work environment where your creativity is valued. You will have access to national resources, including our digital asset management platform, to help execute your local vision.
