The primary purpose of this position is to precisely execute all sold digital campaigns with an emphasis on video and display advertising across web, mobile, & CTV

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

Setup & Creative Management

• QA various creatives against site and industry specs using a variety of tools and relay any creative issues to Account Services.

• Answer any technical questions from Client Success & Sales teams.

• Complete the setup and scheduling of campaigns within ad servers Google Ad Manager and Freewheel, trafficking various creative formats (video, display banners, native, etc.), across all forms of content (live, on demand, vertical video, addressable), across the entire WBD digital footprint.

Troubleshooting Campaign Issues

• Manage the creation of test pages across various creative types.

• Investigate discrepancies and creative rendering issues at launch and monitor throughout the flight of the campaign.

• Manage other technical issues related to delivery, functionality, reporting, or ad-serving technology. Proactively investigate and escalate these issues to appropriate teams for resolution or additional troubleshooting.

Campaign Management

• Monitor campaign launch to ensure all placements within the campaign launch flawlessly.

• Monitor 1st and 3rd party delivery – then report any discrepancies and troubleshoot where necessary.

• Prepare campaign reporting for use with internal teams.

• Continually monitor campaign performance throughout the flight of the campaign, ensuring full delivery and provide optimization recommendations, as well as applying knowledge to highlight opportunities for prospective advertisers.

• Consistently strive to exceed client goals and revenue expectations, while also focusing on personal growth and building relationships within the company.

• Flexibility and willingness in handling other related tasks, when needed.

• Weekend & after-hours support, as required for business continuity.

Organizational Excellence

• Ensures processes & systems integrations are optimized for efficiency.

• Assists with updating process documentation.

• Identify & recommend areas for business improvements & efficiency.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

1) Digital trafficking

a. 1+ years of experience; Google Ad Manager or FreeWheel

2) Data Analysis

a. 2+ years of experience; Excel, SmartSheets, Pivot Tables, etc.

3) Sales workflow management

a. 1+ years of experience; Safesforce and OperativeOne

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

1) Critical Thinker , Effective communicator, Exceptional attention to detail

2) Looker experience.

Soft Skills:

1) Experience with ad server integrations within applications & sites, including tagging & inventory creation. Proficiency in FreeWheel and Google Ad Manager.

2) Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

3) Exceptional organizational skills with attention to details.

4) Effectively communicate with customers and business stakeholders including site leads, tech leads, sales leads, and others from upper management.

5) Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, while ensuring timely completion and appropriate prioritization.

Technology Requirements:

1) Experience with ad servers – mainly Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel

2) Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Education / Certifications

1) College degree or similar work experience, recommended.

This is a Contract position based out of Knoxville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
