Recovery Syndicate is seeking a creative, driven, and technology-focused Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist to help grow our organization through innovative marketing, technology, and AI solutions.


This position will begin as a 1099 independent contractor, providing flexibility for both Recovery Syndicate and the successful candidate to ensure a strong mutual fit. Our goal is to develop a long-term working relationship. If the contractor demonstrates strong performance, aligns with our culture, and contributes to our continued growth, there is a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time employee position with competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and long-term career advancement.

You'll lead our digital marketing efforts, manage our website and technology systems, implement AI solutions, and help shape the future of Recovery Syndicate as we continue to expand.


Job Summary

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
  • Develop email marketing campaigns
  • Increase leads, admissions, and marketing ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and analytics


Social Media Management

  • Manage various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Create and maintain content calendars
  • Develop engaging posts, graphics, and marketing videos
  • Monitor audience engagement, reviews, and online inquiries
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow brand awareness


Website & SEO

  • Manage and update Recovery Syndicate Website (WordPress)
  • Create website content and landing pages (WordPress)
  • Improve SEO and Google search rankings
  • Manage Google Business Profile and online reviews
  • Improve website conversions and user experience


Technology Support

  • Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Assist with Kipu EMR, CallRail, and marketing platforms
  • Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting
  • Help improve technology systems and workflows


Reporting & Analytics

  • Track website, SEO, advertising, and social media performance
  • Monitor lead generation and admissions trends
  • Create monthly leadership reports


Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of digital marketing and/or social media experience
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • You will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.


Preferred

  • Healthcare or behavioral health marketing experience
  • Graphic design and video editing skills
