Overview

We are seeking a UX Design Intern to transform complex, technical enterprise products into simple, intuitive experiences, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and visual communication craft. A portfolio (PDF or website) is required and should demonstrate strong visual/graphic design as well as UX thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to modernize the product's look and feel across screens and workflows.
  • Improve visual communication (layout, typography, iconography, and presentation materials) to increase clarity and maximize our impact.
  • Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.
  • Contribute to the development, expansion, modernization and implementation of our design system.
  • Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards in design implementation.
  • Help conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose improvements that will give us a competitive advantage.
  • Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI.
Qualifications
  • Ability to create polished graphic design and presentation-ready deliverables.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into elegant interfaces.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Innovative spirit with creativity to push design boundaries.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
