The Director of Account Strategy serves as a strategic leader and the North Star for the agencyโ€™s accounts, driving innovation, collaboration, and growth beyond the boundaries of client services. This role is designed for a visionary, results-driven professional who thrives in a leadership position. This role will be guiding the account services team, cultivating deep client partnerships, and co-piloting the agencyโ€™s direction alongside the Creative Director and executive leadership.

Job Description
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the account team for success, ensuring growth, performance, and collaboration
  • Oversee strategy for high-value accounts while providing guidance and oversight for all agency clients
