JOB DESCRIPTION:

Turning Point USA's Media department is seeking a Digital Advertising Administrator to join our team. This person will play a key role in the creation and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns, including reporting and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate should have experience creating digital ad assets, along with a basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design and Productions teams to design compelling ad assets.
  • Publish and manage ad campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and proper targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve key metrics such as click-through rate, cost-per-click, and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Working with various TPUSA departments to fulfill digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage tracking for campaign performance across platforms.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience with platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Strong eye for design and an understanding of how to pair engaging visuals with impactful messaging to create high-converting ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Ability to identify issues in campaigns and apply creative solutions to improve results.
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
