As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you'll work with 2 other Physicians and 1 other APP to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

  • You would practice at SCL Health Medical Group - Westminster, in Westminster, CO.
  • Your hours will be Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Shared Practice Phone Call

Your experience.

  • Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.  
  • Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
  • Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
