The Role

You will balance hands-on teaching with high-level leadership, ensuring our curriculum is delivered with "wow" factor while mentoring a team of instructors to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Program & Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
  • Team Management & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate your fellow team members. Lead by example to foster a professional and positive environment.
  • Teaching & Instruction: Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum. You'll be actively moving and playing-acting like a kid right alongside our members!
  • Customer Service: Provide an outstanding family-like experience. Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
  • Operational Support: Assist the Gym with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
  • Marketing & Sales: Promote programs to new and existing families and assist with marketing.
