  • The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of engaging activities for our residents, promoting social interaction, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing activities that meet the physical, mental, and social needs of our residents
  • Encourage resident participation in activities
  • Prepare and set up necessary materials for each activity
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure activities are well-coordinated and safe
  • Document resident participation and progress
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for working with seniors
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to assist in setting up and conducting activities
